I want to thank you for taking an interest in, what I consider a gross facial deformity. For years, every medical professional I’ve seen have either shrugged their shoulders, or brushed it off as unimportant. Only one has tried to determine the cause. You Ms. Jansen, have taken the care to treat the wound and to determine the source. This issue has kept me in significant pain and depression. I avoid going out or meeting with people, that is what is important to me. I will continue to appreciate your skill in assisting me to heal, treat and feel like I have hope for the first time in years.

I highly recommend this doctor, Kathy Guerra, to everyone, because in my opinion, she is a very competent specialist, immediately seeing my problem, she established the correct diagnosis and prescribed the correct medication that helped me. Thank you very much to the doctor and I wish you success, I also want to mention the nurse who always meets and accompanies me there, thank you all the best to them for their understanding and professionalism...)!!!
