I have seen Dr Cox and Jake, PA. Both were very polite, thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything very well. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Great experience! Thank you!

Dr. Cote is simply superb! She lifted my spirits when she walked in the exam room! She's knowledgeable, gentle, thorough, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Beautiful with a great sense of humor! Highly recommend!!

I visited this office and was assigned to a Physician's Assistant named Chelsy and everything was fine up until I began asking questions about my prescription, at which point the assistant threw up her hands and stormed out of the office leaving me alone in the room. It was very rude and i will be contacting the director. John Chen to make him aware of this incident.

Dr. Jake's student was attentive and detailed orientated.
Dr. Jake's nurse was efficient and moved purposely in exam room....Dr. jake...as usual...professional, empathetic, confident, and communicates clearly..And all around just a great good guy.

I was very pleased that Dr. Cote took her time with me and explained everything about what I have going on with my hand. My options, what we were going to try if not we will take another route. I did understand everything she said thank you so much. I’m hoping the new medicine works. Dr Cote is a very knowledgeable Dr. make a appointment with her today you’ll be happy.

I am very happy with my initial visit to MOHS earlier this week. Beginning with the cheerful and efficient ladies at check in. The PA who took my information was very nice. Dr. Cox, with his obvious knowledge and experience was reassuring and pleasant. His gentle treatment, informative explanation of the procedure I underwent, and his genial manner, made my visit an enjoyable experience.

If I could give half a star I would. My daughter has seen Kathy a few times; her bedside manner is horrible. The last time we were in the office we were leaving we heard her and the nurse talking about us. She does not smile; she acts as if she is better than you and never solved the issue my daughter was having. She made us so uncomfortable I would not go back to her.

I have been a patient of Dr Cox's for years. He is a gentle man who gives thorough and understandable explanations for every condition and treatment that you might experience there. I can trust his judgment and I always leave feeling positive. He never talks down to you but gives you great explanations instead.
