I was lucky there was a cancellation and got in to see Dr. Cote. I liked her immediately. We didn't waste any time & got down to business trying to figure me out. My rash was driving me & my wife crazy & had been dealing with it a long time. Dr. Cote listened to me - do not let this get past you. There is an art to listening; being heard by your MD is therapeutic in & of itself as I had tried a different MD about a year prior & did not feel well heard & definitely felt rushed. Not so with Dr. Cote. I was borderline depressed about this rash & at the beginning she looked at me & said something like, "hey, you got this". Man, I appreciated that. Later, it changed to "We" meaning that she was going to partner with me & we would figure it out & get me better. I sure appreciated that as well. Never belittled, not a wasted second, so much ground being covered, notes she was making on paper as we talked for me to take home & explaining that in essence I had "asthma of the skin" or put technically Atopic Dermatitis. I believe God answered my prayer by allowing me to become Dr. Cote's patient. I loved her vibe, her energy. I felt very professional but she was able to really relate to me & explain things simply,& thoroughly & I left feeling hopeful. Something I hadn't felt for a very long time. All I can say is that I felt Dr. Cote got me. Diagnosed me & gave very tangible practical take away of what to do. Within a day & a half I felt tons better & was improving. I'm very appreciative to Dr. Cote & Moh's Dermatology Crystal Lake & their staff!

I just recently had a basal cell removed from a section on my face. I was very nervous going into the appointment but everybody at Mohs makes you feel really comfortable. I saw Dr. Bangash for the surgery and he did a wonderful job. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything healed. Really appreciate all you guys do. Thank you so much.

Dr. Conway and Chelsy Conrad are both EXCELLENT. Both have provided several services to me with the utmost care. They both take the time necessary to answer questions and concerns. Very happy with the procedures I have done.

I have suffered for 20* years with eczema and horrible skin allergies. I went to a different dermatologist for all that time. I hit rock bottom with how I was feeling & made a change. I saw Chelsy, she took 1 look at me & could see I needed help. She was calm, comforting and made me confident we were going to get me the help I needed. 1 week later her suggestions on what I needed to do & the suggested medication for me has changed my life. I’m beyond grateful. Highly recommend her and this practice.

My experience was great. Everyone was very nice. They explained everything as we went along. The girls at the desk when you walk in were very nice also. It was a great experience all around.

Dr Cote was prompt and professional with a pleasant demeanor. My whole body
skin check went well and I will follow up in a year with the option to return for any additional skin issue I may have.

Dr. Bangash took a biopsy of a spot on my leg. It really bled but was stopped very quickly. Very professional as was his assistant.
