My first time, I felt comfortable and was treated respectfully. Dr. Conway showed top professional care for me in all he did. I came in early on my own for my appointment realizing there may be extra paperwork. As there was, I would recommend to tell patients to arrive a little early for their first visit. When I came into the counter, I didn’t notice the check in person at first, then a voice came and stated are you checking in. I always appreciate a direct face to face check in. I thought everyone was very kind and caring! Very nice practice!

I was a bit disappointed. Kathy is fine but somehow she made me feel like all these squamous cell cancers are my fault. At this point I need some caring and understanding that under your care I will be ok. I hate all these cancers and am very afraid of a malignancy. You all need to understand about growing up in the 40s and 59s with no sunscreen ...not invented then...we loved being in the sun esp in the Vermont summers where I grew up. Kathy also was aggressive with the freezing...3 of them blistered which has never happened. I have a photo of one if you want me to send it. Thank you for listening . Claudette Klimes
