We were taken on a timely basis. Dr explained the procedure & it was a relaxed visit with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. However, I had to ask for any information to take home & read about the procedure as this was my first time with this experience.

Thorough, thoughtful exam. Jacob remembers me and remembers conditions we’ve previously discussed. Very comfortable bedside manner and very professional treatments in the past (none needed this time)

Staff is friendly and efficient. Very professional and has the process down to a science. Mohs surgery is a bit time consuming, but I appreciate the fact that when I leave, I know that the “bad” cells are all gone and I’m not going to have to come back to remove more.

I usually get right in for an appt. I came 15 minutes early, thats on me, for a 10 am appt. I wasn't brought back til after 10:30. I was told there were only 2 providers that day. Fine, I understand that, however, in waiting, 2 different people came in stating their appts were at 10:15 and another person had a 10:30. They were both taken in before me. One was even in and out before I was called back.
